Council of Europe urges BiH to carry out electoral reform

The Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe has adopted a report and resolution calling for comprehensive electoral and constitutional reforms in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) and an end to practices that fuel mistrust between Croats and Bosniaks. Pročitaj više
