The officials discussed among other things Bosnia and Herzegovina's cooperation with the UN's court as well as the regional cooperation in the processing of war crimes.

Turkovic stressed that Serbia does not comply with the 2013 protocol on cooperation that the two countries signed, which defines a timely exchange of information on investigations and indictments concerning war crime cases.

She also said the issue of war crime processing is the issue of peace implementation and that such Serbia's behaviour “directly violates the protocol as well as other international law regulations, and it attacks the sovereignty of Bosnia and Herzegovina, regional cooperation and rights and freedom of movement for BiH citizens.”

The minister informed the prosecutor that Serbian authorities refuse to extradite the persons who were sentenced for war crimes and genocide or are a subject of a trial.
