A total of 48.97 percent of voters, or 265,488 citizens, voted by 3 p.m. in Montenegro’s presidential election on Sunday, said the president of the state Election Commission, Nikola Mugosa.
That is 5.2 percent more than in the first round on March 19, when 43.76 percent of voters voted by 3 pm.

56.86 percent voted in Andrijevica, 43.77 percent in Bar, and 51.37 percent in Berane.
The turnout in Bijelo Polje is 49.45 percent, and in Budva 48.83.
The turnout was 47.06 percent in Cetinje, 57.71 percent in Danilovgrad, 24.82 percent in Gusinje, and 45.77 percent in Herceg Novi.
In Kolasin, 60.46 percent of voters voted by 3 p.m.
45.37 percent of voters voted in Kotor, 60.23 percent in Mojkovac, 57.30 percent in Niksic, 34.3 percent in Petnjica, 39.3 percent in Plav, 59.74 percent in Pljevlja, and 60.96 percent in Pluzine.
In Podgorica, 53.57 percent of voters voted.
Rozaje 31.11 percent. Šavnik 73.16 percent of voters. Tivat 46.68 percent, Tuzi 25.48 percent, Ulcinj 25.29 percent. Žabljak 56.81 percent and Zeta 54.66 percent, said Mugoša.
