Intl peace envoy in Bosnia to meet Serbian President Vucic today

The meeting comes days after Schmidt, who is the UN's High Representative in Bosnia and Herzegovina with special powers to impose laws and remove officials, suspended a law in Bosnia's Serb-majority part, Republika Srpska entity, which sparked outrage among the Bosnian Serb leadership.
